講到腸道的健康就會聯想到益生菌,營養師也說過:『好的菌叢若能在腸道達到80%就可以降低腸胃不適的症狀發生』
但我想提醒大家,並不是吃了益生菌就萬無一失,熬夜、用餐時間不規律、大吃加工食品、油炸類,這些都是造成腸道菌叢失衡的根本問題,沒有得到改善,排便不順或便秘的困擾就容易反覆發作
順帶一提有在補充益生菌的同時卻沒有提供益生菌足夠的食物,壽命是無法長久的喔!
